How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
What is your return policy for performance parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most new, unopened items. Please note that certain electrical components and custom-tuned products may be non-returnable once opened or installed.
Do you offer technical support for installations?
Yes, our team of diesel experts is available via phone and email to provide technical guidance and help troubleshoot installation questions for products purchased through our store.
Will these aftermarket parts void my vehicle warranty?
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer cannot void your warranty simply because an aftermarket part is installed. However, if a part causes a failure, that specific repair may not be covered.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Due to the size and weight of many diesel performance components, we primarily ship via UPS and FedEx, which require a physical street address. Please contact us for specialized shipping assistance.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed and a tracking number is generated, you will receive an automated email notification. You can also track your status by logging into your account on our website.
