The Story

This BladeRunner manifold is available both in a ported and non-ported version. While both outflow the factory manifold by 50%, the ported version has finer finish work done to the ports to further reduce any potential turbulence that can arise from non-finished castings.

If you're the owner of a 98.5-02 Cummins, you're probably aware that the stock manifolds are known for cracking on the underside. Until now, the cure has been to install a multiple piece manifold that allows for expansion/contraction joints. Unfortunately, these joints are also known for leaking. AFE has solved this problem with their new BladeRunner manifold. In recent testing, this ductile iron manifold outflowed the factory exhaust manifold by 50%, improving performance and throttle response.

The thick wall flange design also increases strength, eliminating warping and cracking. The matched ports and a merged runner design reduces backpressure, which assists in maximizing exhaust flow to reduce EGT's.

One-Piece Construction - This manifold is constructed out of durable cast ductile iron with a reinforcing rib for maximum strength along the flange and ultra-thick wall flange at the port.

Multiple Auxiliary Ports - Two EGT (exhaust gas temperature) probe ports are supplied for easy installation of gauges or testing equipment.

Hassle-Free Installation - All necessary hardware is included for a hassle-free installation (Non-Ported version does NOT include gaskets, however, the Ported version DOES include gaskets).
