The Carli Pintop System is a premium suspension upgrade for F-250/F-350 owners who want serious on-road and off-road performance. Featuring 2.5″ King remote reservoir shocks and Carli-tuned multi-rate coils, it delivers more control, better bottom-out resistance, and a smoother, more confident ride.
The system starts with a Base Kit that includes shocks, track bar, brake lines, caster shims, bump stop drops, and radius arm drops. It must be paired with a rear leaf spring option to complete the setup.
- 4.5" Pintop Base Kit (2017–2019 F250/F350 Diesel): Built for earlier trucks that need less lift for optimal ride height and performance.
Important: A Base Kit alone is not a complete suspension system. To function properly, it must be paired with a Rear Leaf Spring option.

Sway bars help keep the truck stable, reduce body roll, and improve ride quality.
- Extended Sway Bar End Link & Drop Bracket Kit - 4.5"/5.5": Combines end links and drop brackets in 17-4 stainless steel for excellent articulation and perfect sway bar positioning; fully rebuildable, compatible with 4.5" & 5.5" suspension systems.
- Torsion Sway Bar Kit with End Links - 4.5"/5.5" Lift: Direct-fit torsion bar for Carli 4.5" & 5.5" lifts; replaces factory sway bar for huge ride quality improvement, includes drop brackets, end links, and is fully rebuildable.

Rear Leaf Spring Options
Upgraded rear leaf springs are required for optimal lift, ride quality, and suspension performance. Full progressive springs provide the best handling, while Add-a-Packs are suited for lighter loads.
- No Rear Leaf Spring Options
- Progressive Add-a-Pack - 3" Lift: Adds 1"-2" rear lift to match the front, giving a slightly rear-high stance. Smooths initial ride, reduces axle wrap and wheel hop, supports light ¾-ton payload, provides up to 15" of rear suspension travel, fits 3.5" axle tubes. Ideal for daily driving, towing, or light off-road use.
- Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit - 3" Lift: Block-eliminating, full replacement spring pack; provides 1" rear lift, handles light ¾-ton loads (full capacity with optional Long Travel Airbags), includes new U-bolts and rear bump stop drops; fits 2017–23 F250/F350 4x4 diesel trucks.
- +1000LBS Progressive Leaf Spring Kit - 3" Lift: Full progressive pack for heavy-duty use, provides 1" rear lift on 4.5"/5.5" Carli systems while maintaining full payload capacity with optional Long Travel Airbags; includes U-bolts and rear bump stop drops; fits 2017–23 F250/F350 4x4 diesel trucks.

- Leaf Spring Shackle: 1/4" fabricated steel, greasable and rebuildable; reduces axle wrap, wheel hop, and improves ride quality.
- Long Travel Airbags: Supports heavy loads, reduces sag, maintains suspension travel; adjustable up to 2,000 lbs per bag; fits 3.5"/4.0"/4.5" axle tubes.
- High Mount Steering Stabilizer: Stainless bolt-in replacement for OEM unit; reduces steering pull, improves control for leveled and lifted trucks; compatible with 2.5" & 4.5" lifts; not compatible with drop Pitman arms.
- Low Mount Steering Stabilizer: Works with high-mount stabilizer for opposing setup; adjustable nitrogen pressure, includes differential guard; fits 2005–22 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks with 2.5"-5.5" Carli systems.
- Carrier Bearing Drop: Lowers driveshaft carrier to prevent vibration and driveline shudder on lifted trucks; includes stackable 3/8" shims to accommodate 1"-4" rear lift.
