The Carli Pintop 2.5 System is one of the most popular suspension upgrades for Dodge Ram 2500/3500 diesel owners who want their truck to ride better everywhere. Think of it as the Backcountry system turned up a notch. By pairing added lift with Carli-tuned 2.5″ King remote reservoir shocks, the Pintop delivers a smoother, more controlled ride with significantly improved bottom-out resistance!

Tuned in-house for real-world diesel use, the Pintop offers one of the best ride-quality-per-dollar setups Carli makes. Expect 2.5″–3″ of front lift and 1″–2″ of rear lift, along with increased suspension travel over stock. Whether you daily drive, tow, or explore dirt roads on the weekend, this system simply works.

Important: The Pintop is a modular system. While the Base Kit installs on its own, it must be paired with a rear leaf spring option and a sway bar option to form a complete system and achieve proper lift height and full ride-quality benefits.

Sway Bar Options

Increased suspension travel alters sway bar geometry. Correcting it improves stability, body control, and articulation while preventing binding.

• Torsion Sway Bar - 3" Lift: Best bang-for-the-buck ride improvement; allows freer suspension movement without sacrificing control. Fits 0–3″ front lift. Requires removal of electronic sway bar on Power Wagons.
• Adjustable Stainless Sway Bar Endlinks: 17-4 stainless construction with 1/2″ FK bearings for long-term durability. Replaces weak factory ball-and-socket links. For 2010–2013 Rams, verify 10mm or 12mm sizing.

Rear Leaf Spring Options

Rear leaf springs support vehicle weight, set ride height, improve ride quality, reduce axle wrap, and maintain proper suspension travel.

• Diesel Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit - 1" Lift: Provides 1″–2″ rear lift with a slight rear-high stance, softens initial spring rate, reduces axle wrap and wheel hop, and allows up to 15″ of travel. Light ¾-ton payload capacity. Fits 4″ axle tubes.
• Diesel Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit - 1" Lift HD: Designed for constant 1,500 lb loads, maintains improved ride quality, reduces axle wrap, and allows up to 15″ of travel. Fits 4.0″ axle tubes.
• Diesel Full Progressive Add-a-Pack, 1" Lift, 4.0" Axle Diameter": Replaces the lower overload spring for smoother spring progression, adds 1″ of rear lift, keeps tires planted, and includes U-bolts and center pins. Fits select Ram 2500/3500 diesel applications (not compatible with factory air-assist).

Optional Upgrades

 

• Fabricated Leaf Spring Shackles: Reduce rear stiffness and improve articulation; 1/4″ steel construction with greasable, rebuildable bushings. Compatible with factory and Carli springs.
• Long Travel Airbags (1″–2″ Rear Lift): Support heavy loads without sacrificing ride quality; adjustable up to 2,000 lbs per bag at 100 psi while maintaining full suspension travel.
• Ram Extended Control Arms: Billet 6061 aluminum arms that re-center the front axle on 3″ systems, improve steering stability, and provide clearance for up to 37″ tires.
• Low Mount Steering Stabilizer – Stainless: Direct bolt-in upgrade for T-style steering that reduces wobble and corrects right-tire pull; adjustable and compatible with an optional differential guard.
• High Mount Steering Stabilizer – T-Style Lifted: Improves steering control on leveled and lifted trucks; not compatible with factory Power Wagon sway bars.
• Opposing Steering Stabilizer Kit – T-Style Lifted: Dual opposing stabilizers correct all radial pull and include a differential guard for maximum steering control.
