The factory S-shaped hose between your air box and turbo is extremely restrictive. Besides the ribbed piping on each 90 degree corner that creates turbulence, the piece of hard plastic tubing between these two 90 degree bends is actually a muffler. These restrictions create a considerable disruption in the airflow as it is presented to the compressor wheel of your turbo. And just like a plane that encounters turbulence, this turbo turbulence slows the efficiency of your turbo.

The Cool Hose eliminates all of these issues! The hose features 6 layers of silicone webbing with an embedded stainless steel wire wrap for added strength. It insulates air flow from under cab heat while providing a smooth obstruction free path for intake air to travel to the turbo. Far superior other hard plastic or metal "torque tubes".
