The Story

Similar to that of the 6.0L Powerstroke engines, the 6.4L's have been somewhat plagued with clogged and failed factory oil coolers. This is a direct replacement for the factory oil cooler found on your 6.4L Powerstroke and includes a new cooler complete with all of the necessary seals required for installation. This is a great option for a simple, bolt-on replacement to your damaged factory unit.

IMPORTANT NOTE
  • Turbocharger removal is necessary in order to access the oil cooler. For this reason, we recommend also including a Turbo Installation Kit (see Related Products section) to ensure you have the necessary turbo seals.
