AFE Rebel XD Series 4" Stainless DPF-Back Exhaust system for 15-16 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke

The Rebel Series exhaust for your 15-16 Powerstroke is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. This system is constructed from mandrel bent 4" 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower, increased torque and lower EGT's. This system is available in 4" DPF-back without muffler and a polished or black coated tips. The Rebel Series exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value.

Dual 5" Diameter Black Intercooled Exhaust Tips:
Finishing off this exhaust system are dual 5" diameter black or polished 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips. The tips features an aFe POWER logo plate riveted on for a unique style.

OE Fit:
OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

Installation:
Some cutting may be required, see instruction sheet for further information. Utilizing a factory style flange and hangers this system mounts directly to factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation.
