If you are a Ram Cummins owner, you more than likely received a technical service bulletin regarding fire risk from overflowing transmission fluid from the filler tube onto the exhaust manifold and turbo. As you can imagine this is very dangerous if this occurs but thankfully, ATS Diesel has a solution, the ATS Doomsday Device.
The ATS Doomsday Device securely locks to the top of the transmission filler tube via a set screw and will re-direct the hot fluid down the supplied tube instead of ejecting the dipstick and sending fluid on the hot turbo and exhaust manifold. This kit is a must have for Ram owners and will give you peace of mind that your truck will not burn to the ground after a transmission failure.
