The Fox 2.5 Performance Smooth Body IFP HTO Front Shock with 1.5-3.5" Lift offers an unparalleled combination of enhanced ride quality and precise control. Drawing inspiration from our Off-Road race shocks, they have undergone rigorous refinement so you know they can perform whether you're driving around boulders or potholes. Built from type II anodized aluminum and with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) you know these shocks are tough, optimized for dampening, but also able to get rid of damaging heat caused by use.
What makes these shocks extra-special is the Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology by FOX. HTO technology offers usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. HTO reduces harsh top-outs and increases comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow down shock shaft speed; HTO is particularly beneficial after installing heavier, aggressive tires and applications lifted higher than OEM specification.
