This is not only a headache, but can be very expensive to be changing your filter all the time. The Truck Particle Separator from S&B will allow you to drive longer on just one filter. It uses military-grade air filtration to keep your air filter clean and your engine protected.
DRIVE LONGER ON JUST ONE AIR FILTER
No more changing out your air filter daily, weekly or even monthly, when driving in extreme dusty conditions. By ejecting the dust in the air before it reaches the filter, the Truck Particle Separator allows your air filter to last longer.
MILITARY-GRADE AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM
As you drive, the dusty air enters the fixed vortex tubes that spins the air around and pushes the heavier dust to the outer walls. The clean air continues forward through the vortex tube.
EJECTS 97% OF THE DUST FROM THE AIR
After the dust is pushed to the outer walls of the vortex tubes, it is then ejected by a specially rated scavenge fan out the exhaust. The now cleaner air is sent through the intake system.
DESIGNED TO WORK WITH YOUR STOCK TRUCK
The Truck Particle Separator replaces the entire stock intake box, tube & air filter. Most installs can be completed in less than 2 hours with no drilling required. It uses the stock filter minder, so you can quickly and accurately determine when your filter needs to be serviced. The quick access latches allow the air filter to be changed in less than 60 seconds without needing any tools.

We talked with Billy Voyles from MMV Farms in Sullivan, IL after he tested the Truck Particle Separator during his harvest season. Driving next to those combines, he was having to change his filter on the stock system every week.
