From the factory, the oil supply to the rocker arm is shut off as the valve is opened. This lack of lubrication can cause issues and excessive wear especially in high performance applications.
The XDP Shafts feature revised oil grooves that align with the oil hole in the bushing so you maintain a consistent oil supply. These shafts are manufactured from hardened 4130 chromoly for extreme durability. Each shaft comes ready to install and has a threaded pipe plug so the shafts can be cleaned, inspected, and hot tanked during an engine rebuild.
