Each turbo is disassembled into individual components, all parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Checks are performed for damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. All bearing surfaces are then precision machined before reassembly. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.
