Replace your failed 40 gallon after axle fuel tank in your 2000-2010 Ford Powerstroke Cab & Chassis with this high strength replacement tank from S&B. The factory tank has a failure prone coating inside the tank. Once the coating becomes unstable inside the tank, the laminate peals off and gets picked up into the fuel system. If this issue is not addressed, the contaminates can ruin the entire fuel system on the truck. This tank is constructed of crosslink polyethelene that will not delaminate and is the solution to fixing issues with delamination. Even if your truck is not showing signs of delamination, this tank is a great way to protect your fuel system. This tank easily secures using OEM mounting and allows for the OEM sending unit to be installed into the S&B tank utilizing the origonal Ford locking ring.
