The Story
This Volant offers a ram air upgrade for the Duramax 6.6L engine. The Scoop mounts below your frame behind the OEM valance and maintains a factory look with added performance. The 35066 installs in minutes by attaching the sleeve to the bottom of the air box and attaching the bracket to the tow hook bolt and scoop.
Volant Air Duct: Factory air inlet ducts use sound baffles and awkward bends which restrict flow. Our Cross-Link polyethylene air ducts are sculptured to give the engine less restrictive breathing. Incorporating larger diameters and unique bends, that can't be duplicated with metal ducts, allow for maximum airflow velocity and throttle response.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Item only includes optional under air box scoop. Intake sold separately.
