The Story

Increase reliability, durability, and line pressure of your Allison transmission in your LML or L5P Duramax with this simple solenoid fooler from XDP. The EPC solenoid is designed to increase line pressure during shifts up to 230psi and when the shift is complete, drop the pressure back down to 80psi. At 80psi your Allison cannot hold the added stress of aftermarket upgreads such as tuning or even towing a heavy load.

The XDP Solenoid Fooler Plug installs on the EPC solenoid and installed back into the valve body allowing the transmission to effectively operate at 230psi all the time. Increased transmission line pressure helps eliminate clutch slippage, weak shifts, and extends the overall life of the transmission. This fooler is very simple to install and dose not require the removal of the valve body or the transmission.
