At Diesel Power Products, we want to ensure you get the right parts for your rig. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery for most new, unopened items.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned parts to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit as requested.
